All prospective Missouri State Ice Bear hockey players are invited to attend the 2026 Ice Bears Identification Camp at Brightspeed Ice Park in Springfield, Missouri on April 3rd and 4th, 2026, on the Stan Melton (East) Rink.
The I.D. Camp is limited to the following:
- Current Missouri State Players
- Incoming Missouri State Students
- Potential Transfer-Student Players
- Junior Hockey Players
- AAA-level Junior and Senior High School Players
Friday, coaches and staff will host a campus tour from 12:00pm - 2:00pm for prospects and parents if requested in registration. Information about the school and the hockey program will be made available during this time and is highly encouraged for any who have never been to Missouri State University before!
The I.D. Camp details are below:
I.D. Camp Day # 1 (Friday, April 3, 2026)
- Player/Parent Campus Tour - 12:00pm - 2:00pm (must be selected in registration along with # of participants)
- Player Check In - 5:00pm in Brightspeed Ice Park Lower Lobby
- Game #1 - 7:00pm to 8:00pm
- (15-minute ice resurface)
- Game #2 - 8:15pm to 9:15pm
I.D. Camp Day # 2 (Saturday, April 4, 2026)
- Game #3 - 9:00am to 10:00am
- (15-minute ice resurface)
- Game #4 - 10:15am to 11:15am
- Lunch break (not provided)
- Game #5 - 1:00pm to 2:00pm
- (15-minute ice resurface)
- Game #6 - 2:15pm to 3:15pm
Each player will receive instruction upon check-in on which games they will be playing in. Players will receive a Missouri State Hockey jersey to use during the I.D. Camp and then keep.
Spots will be limited to 60 skaters and 8 goalies. They first come, first serve.

Fees:
Advance registration is required – $125.00 for the Identification-Camp. The fee covers both days of the I.D. Camp. No pro-rated amounts. No refunds.
